HOW WE TREAT NECK AND SHOULDER PAIN
Here's How We Can Help.
TARGETED PAIN RELIEF
Using Neoclassical Acupuncture, treatment is precisely focused on reducing pain and muscle tension at the source, often producing noticeable relief within the first few sessions.
IMPROVED MOVEMENT
Treatment works to improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and help you move freely again, whether that means turning your head fully or simply sitting at your desk without pain.
ROOT CAUSE CARE
Pain is rarely caused by one thing. We assess the underlying factors that may be driving your symptoms and support lasting recovery so you are not simply managing pain but also resolving it
OUR PROCESS
Here’s How It Works.
-
Your first visit includes a detailed conversation about your health history, current symptoms, and goals. Treatment is performed during the same visit and typically runs 60 to 75 minutes.
-
For neck and shoulder pain, we typically recommend two treatments per week for the first two to three weeks, followed by weekly visits as your pain decreases and mobility improves.
-
As you progress, treatments are spaced out based on how well you are holding between sessions. Many patients transition to monthly visits to maintain their results long term.

TESTIMONIALS
A Few Words From A Patient.
Kale treated me for severe shoulder pain. He used several treatment types, including acupuncture, cupping and some sort of smoldering stuff that reduces inflammation. I got immediate reduction of pain each visit, and after three or four treatments I am pain free. I am still going to physical therapy for a frozen shoulder, but the pain is gone. Kale is very easy to communicate with and his office has a lovely ambiance.

OUR APPROACH TO NECK & SHOULDER PAIN
Focused on Relief.Committed to Recovery.
Neck and shoulder pain often involves more than the area where you feel discomfort, which is why we look beyond the site of pain to understand the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms and affecting your recovery. Every treatment is tailored to your symptoms, goals, and response to care, with the aim of reducing pain, improving mobility, and supporting long-term recovery. Our focus is simple: helping you move more freely, hurt less, and get back to living life.
MAINTAIN PROGRESS & PREVENT FLARE-UPS
Maintenance Care Plans.
Maintenance care provides ongoing support for patients who want to preserve the progress they have made through treatment. Care is focused on reducing recurring tension, supporting mobility, addressing minor symptoms before they become larger issues, and helping the body continue functioning well over time.
