HOW WE TREAT KNEE PAIN
Here's How We Can Help.
TARGETED PAIN RELIEF
Using Neoclassical Acupuncture, treatment is precisely focused on reducing pain and inflammation at the source, often with noticeable relief within the first few sessions.
IMPROVED MOVEMENT
Treatment works to improve mobility, reduce swelling, and help you move freely again, whether that means climbing stairs or getting back on the trail.
ROOT CAUSE CARE
Pain is rarely caused by one thing. We assess the underlying factors that may be driving your symptoms and support lasting recovery so you are not simply managing pain but also resolving it.
OUR PROCESS
Here’s How It Works.
-
Your first visit includes a detailed conversation about your health history, current symptoms, and goals. Treatment is performed during the same visit and typically runs 60 to 75 minutes.
-
For knee pain, we typically recommend two treatments per week for the first two to three weeks, followed by weekly visits as your pain decreases and mobility improves.
-
As you progress, treatments are spaced out based on how well you are holding between sessions. Many patients transition to monthly visits to maintain their results long term.

TESTIMONIALS
A Few Words From A Patient.
I have never done Acupuncture before, and I thought I would try it out! Kale was incredibly professional and really got to know me and what I needed from my sessions with him. We talked about medical issues that were bothering me, along with mental issues I was dealing with that included stress and anxiety. Once he got to know me and my needs, he then decided what my body needed during my sessions, and it was incredible how much better I felt even after the first session! I highly recommend Kale if you are looking for ways to help your mind, body and soul! 5 stars for sure!
